Conflict Assessment: Personality Types and Conflict Styles

Conflict and personality assessment is one of my specialties. In particular, I offer two forms of assessment that play a large part in conflict management in your personal and business lives: The Thomas-Kilmann Conflict Mode Instrument (TKI) and the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI). Understanding your own conflict style through the TKI will assist you in understanding how you react in a conflict scenario and will give you insight into others react in conflict situations. My clients are my number one priority, and my services prove just how committed I am to their success. Learning more through the MBTI about your own or your organization personalities can contribute to team building. The Thomas-Kilmann Mode Conflict Mode Instrument (TKI) involves answering a series of dichotomous statements and deciding which best describes how you deal with conflict in most situations. You read 30 online questions that present two views on conflict and you choose the one that is best for you. After the report is generated, you will have one or two most-dominant conflict styles (of five conflict styles) that represent the traits of someone who addresses conflict in this way. Similarly, the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) provides you with a series of statements and you choose whether you agree. It yields a four letter acronym that represents your dominant personality type out of 16 different types.
Either assessment is billed at 300.00 + GST.
